We are a second-generation family-owned business, incorporated in Louisville in 1986. We started with a small duplex and now operate over 1500 apartments in Louisville. We love Louisville and are committed to doing our part in making our city a great place to live.

We’re proud of our Team, they are the best of the best. Our maintenance team members are skilled craftsmen who care about their workmanship and doing things right. Our management, administrative, accounting, and leasing team members are caring, engaged, and talented professionals who keep our operations running smoothly. Our average team member has over 16 years of property management experience, which is extraordinary in our industry. Our team members include a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Apartment Managers (CAM), Certified Pool Operators (CPO), OSHA-10 certified technicians, EPA certified technicians(Type I, Type II, Type III), and EPA Lead Renovator certified technicians. We are a licensed contractor and real estate broker in the state of KY, and we have maintained an A+ rating on Better Business Bureau since 2010.
